Paul’s got hands-on experience as a successful business owner, and pragmatic commercial and financial understanding from his years of business advisory helping other Kiwi organisations grow. He’s sat in the decision-maker chair, so knows what our clients expect, and delivers it without unnecessary complexity.

We could call Ben the numbers guy, but that would be underselling it. Whether crunching numbers, or crunching code, he brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and tech expertise.
From trading investment banking markets through the turmoil of September 11th and the Global Financial Crisis, Ben has thrived in specialised roles where data analysis and evidence-based decision-making are crucial. His number crunching background of over 20 years (and a master’s degree in applied mathematics) helps to keep Rally at the forefront of fast-changing technology. Ben helps clients to delve deeply into their data to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and where to put their money in the future.
